Georgia Pottery is a family owned and
operated pottery studio that produces quality high fired useable artistic
pottery. We make all our utilitarian wares from food safe glazes and fire
in both electric and gas kilns. Each piece is handmade and original. We
avoid making sets because we enjoy making unique pieces that you can mix and
match in various colors that compliment each other.
All of our pottery takes extra hours to
complete because we also embellish each with its own unique pattern of
designs both with the glazes as well as original carvings and designs into
the clay itself. We always take the extra time to make sure that each
piece contains its own unique designs to guarantee a one of a kind
finished work of art.
We now sell exclusively at the Crawford Art
Gallery located downtown on main street in Clayton, Georgia. We hope if
you're up our way visiting the beautiful Northeast Georgia mountains that
you will stop by and say hello to Broderick and Michelle Crawford. They
will be happy to show you our pottery as well as all the other beautiful
artwork they offer for sale.
